Awakening can happen through all paths and efforts or with out any. Many a times enlightenment is a mixture of the two. But surely once you are awakened in your true self, all path and efforts seem similar, just like the water-colored paintings on paper by different artist: they are good , they are beautiful, but as soon as you pour some water (self-realization) on them, they completely vanish.
What we need is just awakening from the role we are playing in this great drama of energy.We do not need new techniques ( although they will keep coming) or paths or visions, but to use the exiting techniques and knowledge in ways which are totally new to the human mind and ego.
To be able to kindle enlightenment through seemingly simple words, techniques and environment is the work of an enlightened Master.
